During these sessions, poems have been read in Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, German, English, Latin, Persian, and even Aramaic, each followed by short translations in English and German. This diversity transforms language into a shared landscape — one where scientific, humanistic, and emotional understanding meet.

The next Words of the World evening will take place on 17 October at Anschlussverwendung in Gießen, Grunberger Strasse 22 continuing to celebrate the plurality of voices that make our university-city community so vibrant.
